Manufacturing Design

Our engineers who design and manufacture metal products need to consider many factors. Prefabricated  style metal fabrication is the creation of parts, products and structures by using a variety of materials, with hundreds of techniques such as cutting, bending, welding and assembly processes. Sometimes the engineers might be unfamiliar with new manufacturing tools, their designs will be required for better revisions .

In an ideal world,common difference and tolerances are precise and do not require any changes to adapt to the manufacturing process or how the material reacts. However, there are many other variables such as hole size, bend relief, flange width, material selection, fabrication tools, and more ,which should be considered.

CNC Machining

We have dozens of experienced engineers, of which 6 engineers have more than 10 years of machining experience, and the CNC machining accuracy can reach 0.01mm or even higher. There are as many as 28 processing equipment, including 9 drilling and tapping machines, 6 four-axis, etc. The equipment can process and produce 24 hours a day. Every project will be followed up in real time. The independent prototype department and quality department make our craftsmanship more perfect and the quality more excellent. We have many years of processing experience at home and abroad, and can easily respond to various processing and assembly requirements from customers.

Welding is a critical operation for most metal fabrication projects. It is also one of the metalworking skills that professional manufacturers acquire after years of training and practical experience.

The company employs seasoned and skilled fabricators with extensive experience in welding a wide variety of alloys and applications.

We offer TIG, MIG and spot welding ,with state-of-the-art equipment to meet commercial and industrial needs.

For MIG welding, we use a continuous solid wire electrode and feed through the welding torch into the weld pool to link the two substrates together. Shielding gas will also passe through the welding torch to protect the weld pool from contamination.

Processing

Metal fabrication and machining can be used interchangeably, but they are not the same concept. Metal fabrication is to set the construction of metal structures by using cutting, bending, welding and assembly processes (additional processes). Machining, on the other hand, refers to the operation of removing material from a work piece.

Our company provides a full range of processing services. With skilled machinists and the latest CNC tools and techniques, we have achieved precise tolerances and we fully ensure our products can meet specifications.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment is a processing method of artificially forming a surface layer with different mechanical, physical and chemical properties on the surface of the base material. Surface treatment: various colors, beautiful appearance, anti-oxidation and anti-rust. Different surface layer processing methods are designed to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functions of the product. We have rich experience in this field. The color cards we use include PANTONE and RAL to meet customers' pursuit of product color. Commonly used processes include anodizing, sandblasting, painting, powder spraying, Electrophoresis, laser engraving, silk screen printing, polishing, electroplating, blackening, passivation, etc.

Mold Development

After receiving the order and signing a business contract, the specific requirements and agreements will be specified in the contract, and the customer shall provide product data to us;

According to the data provided by the customer, we will perform white light scanning, and obtain the work piece status through SE analysis (synchronous engineering);

Use CAE simulation to investigate the existing problems in the feasibility of mold development, and draw conclusions;

The data of the result of CAE simulation will be submitted and enter into the stamping process design, that is, the design of the construction method, through the data analysis of the difficulty level of the part production requires several processes of mold development, how to arrange the processes of pulling, punching, trimming, riveting, and spraying . These processing orders are the indispensable work needs to be done during the period of stamping process design;

After the stamping process design is completed, the data will be fed back to the mold structure designer, and the structure designer will draw and design the mold and complete the drawings;

After the mold drawing is ready, we will submit it to the model making company (Mold Junhu Machinery Manufacturing) and then process the mold casting once the model is completed;

After the mold is cast, we will process the CNC machining, assembly, and mold fitter debugging the qualified products;

After the mold debugging is completed, the products will be delivered on time to customers.
